Albion Super Reiver Chassis

Scaled at 1:43.5 (7mm/ 1 Foot), this chassis kit is available for modellers producing their own road vehicles.

Introduced in the early 1960s the Albion Super Reiver 6x4 12' WB chassis was popular for heavy tipper. cement mixer and other construction applications. With changes to both the cab design and engines the chassis was to remain in production into the late 1970s.

The chassis kit is designed on 3D Cad and is printed on an FDM printer in PLA. The kit is designed so that the fuel tank and optional equipment box, air tanks and spare wheel can be fitted on either side. For modellers sourcing alternate bodies from diecast vehicles, the maximum body size is 115mm long x 55mm wide.

Our range of Ergomatic cabs can be fitted to the chassis, enabling examples of both Albion and similar vehicles from the AEC and Leyland ranges to be produced. With some adaptations to their mountings our Dodge, Guy and Seddon Cabs will also fit to this chassis.
